Led by Executive Chef Julien Lamrani, the kitchen follows a seasonal, estate-grown philosophy that highlights the finest ingredients from our gardens and trusted regional producers.
Guests are invited to savour a three-course menu each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening, with the option of expert wine pairings from our cellar. For early reservations before 6:30 PM, an extended five-course dining experience is also available, offering a deeper exploration of our culinary craft and terroir-driven wines.

DRESS CODE
Row 188 embraces an elevated dining atmosphere. We kindly ask guests to dress in formal or business casual attire. Jackets are strongly preferred for men, and collared shirts are required. Casual wear such as t-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, shorts, denim, sandals, or baseball caps is not permitted.

A four-time Michelin Star holder, Quinton Bennett earned that distinction at Enigma Restaurant in Toronto across 2022 – 2025. His career spans some of the most respected kitchens in the world, including Hawksworth in Vancouver, Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in England, and Noma in Copenhagen. He joins us as Culinary Director with a focus on building O’Rourke Family Estate into one of North America’s great culinary destinations.
