GENERAL LABOURER
Role type: Seasonal Hourly, up to 40 hours per week
Location: Lake Country, BC
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Compensation: $24-$26 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris, loading/unloading materials, and setting up equipment
- Operate forklifts to transport materials around the site safely and efficiently
- Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed
- Support skilled tradespeople (mechanics, carpenters, etc.) with tasks as required
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and crew to and from job sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Physical endurance being able to lift 50 lbs. at a time
The ideal candidate has:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift operation certification and experience
- Ability to lift 50Lbs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual and committed to safety
