We are proud to introduce Quinton Bennett as Culinary Director of O’Rourke Family Estate.


Quinton has been appointed Culinary Director across O’Rourke Family Estate and Peak Cellars. It is a commitment to the standard of excellence that will define this estate for years to come.

A CAREER BUILT IN EXCEPTIONAL KITCHENS

Quinton brings more than two decades of experience across some of the most celebrated dining rooms in the world. A four-time Michelin Star holder, he joins us directly from Enigma Restaurant in Toronto, where he earned that distinction across 2022-2025, following experience at Hawksworth in Vancouver, consistently ranked among Canada’s top ten restaurants, Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in England, and Noma in Copenhagen, ranked among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

What distinguishes Quinton is not credentials alone. It is his understanding that great food is tied to great produce, a great team, and a genuine sense of place, values that map directly onto what we are building here in Lake Country.

Quinton joins Executive Chef Julien Lamrani, and together they bring a combined depth of experience that is rare in any context, let alone a single estate.
