We are excited to invite hospitality and wine industry professionals to our upcoming Job Fair for Peak Cellars and O’Rourke Family Estate, taking place on February 4th at O’Rourke Family Estate.
This exclusive event offers a unique opportunity to explore career paths across multiple departments, meet members of our leadership and hiring teams, and learn more about what it is like to work within two of the Okanagan’s premier wine and hospitality destinations.
With limited spaces available, we encourage interested candidates to reserve their time slot early. Positions are available across full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles.

To ensure meaningful one-on-one conversations with our hiring teams, attendance at the Job Fair is by RSVP.
Prospective candidates are asked to:
Select the department they are most interested in
Book an available time slot for that department
Attend during their scheduled window to meet directly with hiring managers
Each department will have dedicated time slots throughout the event to allow for focused discussions around available roles, expectations, and career growth opportunities.

tasting room
Join a team of passionate wine professionals who lead tastings, winery tours, and wine sales at Peak Cellars. This role is guest-facing and experience-driven, focused on storytelling, wine education, and creating lasting impressions for visitors.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, personable, and eager to grow their wine knowledge while delivering warm and engaging service.
front of house
We are seeking friendly, polished, and service-oriented front-of-house professionals to help deliver exceptional dining experiences in our Garden Bistro.
Roles may include servers, hosts, and support staff who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork, guest connection, and attention to detail.
Back of House
The Garden Bistro kitchen is the heartbeat of Peak Cellars. We are looking for experienced and passionate back-of-house team members who take pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and collaboration.
Opportunities are available for cooks and kitchen support roles within a professional, high-energy culinary environment.

O’Rourke Family Estate is a world-class winery and hospitality destination, offering elevated wine experiences, luxury events, and fine dining at Row 188. Our team is committed to excellence, precision, and creating unforgettable moments for every guest.

Row 188 Front of House
Row 188 is seeking passionate and professional front-of-house team members to support its fine-dining service.
Wine knowledge, fine-dining experience, and an appreciation for elevated service standards are strong assets. Candidates should be polished, confident, and committed to delivering a refined guest experience.
Row 188 Back of House
We are seeking skilled and motivated back-of-house professionals to support our fine-dining culinary program.
Ideal candidates bring experience, discipline, and creativity to the kitchen, and thrive in a collaborative, high-standard culinary environment.
event attendant
Join the O’Rourke Family Estate events team and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences, from weddings and private celebrations to corporate and large-scale events.
Event attendants support setup, service, and execution, working closely with event managers to ensure each event runs seamlessly.
tasting room
Be among the founding members of our Tasting Room team, pouring award-winning wines in this highly anticipated winery operation.
This role requires extensive wine knowledge and prior tasting room or wine service experience, along with a refined, guest-focused approach aligned with a luxury hospitality environment.
