Harvested from blocks 37 & 38. Indigenous fermentation in stainless steel (block 38) and French oak barrels (block 37). 37% of blend is stainless steel, 63% is 5 months in barrel (37% 1-year old, the rest neutral) – final % of 1-year old oak in blend is ~26%.
