Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes

Aromas of brambleberry bake, brown sugar, vanilla, dark cherry, and cassis. On the palate, triple berry, candied orange rind, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and eucalyptus.

Winemaking

The flagship Pinot Noir was pick in mid-October and fermented in 2-ton and 5-ton open-top fermenters. Aged in 21% new, 14% 1-year old and neutral French oak barrels for 11 months in our wine caves.
